But is it worth it? or is this another ‘cheap price of items‘ scam?
Advantages
- Website is secured with SSL encryption. Customer’s credit cards are not in danger of being hacked.

- Wares in this store are affordable.
Disadvantages
- Uses a sham address. The company address is just a disguise. Kalicity warehouse is located in China.
- Shipping and delivery might take two – four weeks.
- Clothes might be of inferior quality as they are an imitation of the images shown on the website.

J’ai commandé 4 articles le 18 mai 2021 sur le site de Kalicity que j’ai connu par le biais d’instagram et aujourd’hui, je n’ai toujours pas reçu mes articles. J’ai souhaité annuler ma commande deux jours après mon achat car j’ai eu un doute sur l’indice de confiance de cette entreprise. J’ai donc pour cela contacté le service client à l’adresse indiqué sur leur site web car il n’y avait aucun autre moyen d’annuler l’achat sur le site. Et en effet, quelqu’un venant de Chine (收件人: pang fengli <[email protected]) m'a répondu que mes articles allaient bien m'être envoyés et que si je souhaitais annuler ma commande, il fallait que je paye 20% du prix total. J'ai donc maintenu ma commande.
Le 8 juin, j'ai reçu un mail de kalicity m'informant que ma commande avait été expédiée, cependant lorsque je cliquais sur le "tracking number", il ne se passait rien. Nous sommes le 17 juin et je n'ai aucune idée d'où est ma commande ni même si je la recevrai un jour. J'ai donc refait un mail au service client, sans aucun espoir.
Je vous partage la suite de mon aventure, si suite il y a. MAIS JE DECONSEILLE VIVEMENT D'ACHETER SUR CE SITE !!!

i ordered some clothing from this website too and realized it could be a scam/fraud. i contacted [email protected] 4 or 5 times and they finally responded and provided tracking number 2 days ago on 6/15. not sure if the tracking number is real unless i received the purchased item. we will see……

She’s basically saying she order some items off the website via social media on the 18th May. After receiving nothing, she contacted them, was finally responded to via China. She asked for her money back to which they said they would refund it minus 20%. She decided to hold out for delivery… it’s now 18th June and she still hasn’t received anything…
It is a total scam. I did received my order and everything will go directly to the trash, there is nothing that I will be able to use since the quality is worse than you can imagine. Do not buy from this “company”.
Ordered a Blouse for my wife on June 8th 2021, today is July 1st, and other than a tracking number that shows “ship ticket created”….we have gotten nothing….. but the credit card charge went through for them.

Same here!! They took my money, but heard nothing for a month. I emailed them and they sent a tracking. I checked the tracking again after a few days and saw my clothes were shipped to Georgia. I live in CA. Have contacted them several times without response. Such BS.
I received all of my purchases & they were exactly as the photos. Although, I do have to say the fabric is thinner than expected. One of the dresses it’s extremely see through. It’s a dark blue so hopefully it won’t be a problem. The only other compliment I have is one of the dresses wasn’t hemmed, it was just surged & the end of the back ties weren’t hemmed or surged. Overall I’m happy with my purchases.
I did receive my items but contacted them to exchange and hear nothing. Will NOT order from them again and also don’t recommend their clothing.
These same clothes are on another website which I saw on Instagram. Ordered some items, no response to emails or messages. I added comments to Instagram for two weeks, which they removed daily. Eventually items arrived, looked similar to the pictures. Thin material, small sizes no, poorly made. Taught me a lesson, if it looks to good to be true it is.
This is a scam. Their photos are fake and taken from a china website
I am calling and my order has not arrived yet and I pay for the Shipping
THEY’RE a SCAM. The website was professionally made to deceive people. They’re working off from CHINA with a quality that is VERY POOR and the workmanship of the clothing is VERY POOR. Clothing worth is $2 and they sell for $120 with a nice 40-50% off rates to attract a buyer. I’ll rather go with known expensive brand. DON’T WASTE YOUR money. If you ask for a refund, they’ll go through the hardest exchange of emails telling you to handle all the cost and they’ll warn you of a hefty customs charge.
Well after reading these other reviews, looks like I’m out about 130 bucks. So disheartening. No recourse. Other than going through my credit card company.
This site is a scam and the people running it are in business to defraud customers. The products advertised for sale on their website are pictures from another site/store and what you receive (after more than a month) are cheap knock-offs made of cheaper, thinner material and often different in overall design. The craftsmanship is also very shoddy and cheap. Do not order from this site.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. I never received my order. I tried chasing them down via email for months and got random replies about some of my items being out of stock and me having to choose different items. Still never received my order.
