My problem with Jaysuing Collagen Boost is that it’s filled with empty promises. First of all, it’s not scientifically possible for collagen to be absorbed or penetrate the skin from the outside. “Collagen is a huge molecule that sits on the surface of the skin and cannot be absorbed into the dermis,” board-certified dermatologist Dendy Engelman, M.D., says.
Secondly, no substantial studies have shown topically applying collagen improves the production of collagen and firmness of skin. If you’re looking for ways to boost your collagen you should consider doing the following;
Using topicals such as vitamin C and retinol, collagen peptide supplements, eating a nutrient rich diet, and avoiding habits that damage the collagen (such as poor sleep and sun exposure.)
However, the positive reviews online look too good to be true. When we took a close look at the before and after images, we discovered they are photoshopped images.

This has happened several times to me using PayPal. I see an ad on Facebook and a video showing how the product works. It also states that it’s manufactured in the USA when in fact it’s coming from China. You can wait weeks for the product they don’t always give you the correct shipping information. This is what happened to me I had to call Paypal, I did receive one order which had a different name on it. I paid a lot of money only to find out it does not work as they advertised it was supposed to be an ICU room that instantly takes away the bags, darkness and wrinkles under your eyes, it’s a temporary fix, but it doesn’t work at all and I paid almost $50 for it. It’s been over three weeks. I finally put in another dispute asking for a refund.
I agree that it does not work like the video video and pictures show. I am extremely disappointed and really hope I get my money back, but I am concerned about that.
I ordered weeks ago and still hadn’t received my order. It keeps saying update on my emails when I ask about it .Now they are saying it’s in Sweden! I try to Check it out on my tracking and it’s says check your numbers and see if they are a match. Well they are and I’m about to get my lawyer to check in with them! I’m tired of the false runarounds!!!
I also paid 50$ for it over 3 weeks ago I haven’t received my package still. It said a shipping label was created but still not there to be sent. I’m glad I used pay pal I filed a dispute. I just want my money back. Glad I found these reviews to know I’m not missing out on nothing.
I received 2 pots of eye cream but the video showed a cream for the face which is what I thought I was ordering. Will not bother to return but would not purchase from them again. Not sure if eye cream is meant to have the same effect as the face cream but does not seem to be working for me!
This has happened to me as well. I ordered the face serum and they sent me the eye cream. I sent them several emails with proof I did not order what they sent me and still they say I am mistaken. Their customer service is horrible and very rude. My husband is a lawyer and he will enjoy exposing this fraudulent company!

Does not work at all! I saw this on a television ad and decided to give it a try. It took 3 weeks to come in . The package it came in , a silver hard plastic cylinder, would be hard to get the end product out because there is no pump! None the less .. it was nothing like was advertised.. no visible wrinkle reduction at all.. it’s almost comical the way the tv ad fanned the face after application and most of the ladies wrinkles disappeared! What a scam.. save your money & get Botox!
