How To Know If You’re Eligible For The Payment From The Settlement
You’re eligible for a payment from the Settlement if;
You purchased any Vizzy brand hard seltzer beverage in the United States between January 1, 2020, and March 10, 2023, for consumption. Wholesalers & retailers are not inclusive except for the purpose of resale.
You do not necessarily need a proof, however if you do have a proof, it’ll raise your settlement money a little higher.
How Much Will You Get From Vizzy Settlement?
The settlement will provide $9.5 million to pay eligible Class Members, and any court-approved attorneys’ fees and expenses, etc.. The settlement distribution goes like this ;$5 per 24-pack unit purchased, $3 per 12-pack unit purchased, or $0.75 per single can unit purchased.
However, you can receive as high as $15 if you submit a claim without proof. While the minimum payment of $6, though that amount may be adjusted down depending on the number of claims and other factors. Still, the chunk of the settlement will be going to attorneys fees.
