I ordered some things from this place and never received anything from. How can I get my money back or what what steps do I need to take to get all my money back. Oh yeah they also charged my card for another purchase that I never made. I’m having a hard time disputing the claim on PayPal.
I also was scammed by this site. I made a $180.00 purchase only to later find out it was all a scam. I immediately called my credit card’s 800 number and reported the scam. I had to wait several days till the money was taken out because it wasn’t taken out right away, but the report was already made. Once this site withdrew the money from my credit card, my credit card bank asked me a serious of questions regarding the site and my order that was never delivered, how there wasn’t a return or reimbursement option, no customer service to contact, etc. it was very easy. The credit card reported a fraud and added all my remarks to the questioned asked, and immediately an investigation was started. I received my money back into my credit card 2 days later. So, I would call customer service and report a fraud and follow the steps asked and you should be able to get your money back. Good luck!!!!
