Does HiSmile Work? My 2Weeks Experience

I tried this toothpaste whitener with spearmint flavor. I used it every night before bed as per the instructions. It gave me a fresh feeling in my mouth and made my teeth smoother. The directions said to use 3 pumps and brush in circles. It did make my teeth a shade lighter, especially when I brushed a second time right away. I drink a lot of coffee, so maybe my teeth didn’t lighten as much as they could for someone who doesn’t. But it didn’t work as dramatically as in the commercials where teeth instantly become super white. So, I returned it and got Crest White Strips instead, which really worked for me.

Crest White Strips worked better than this product, which didn’t give me the super-white results I expected. It doesn’t foam up like regular toothpaste and can stain clothes, so you need to wipe the counter right after using it. While it didn’t meet my expectations, a lot of people have bought it, but it’s hard to know how many have returned it.

Pros

  • This toothpaste whitener has a refreshing spearmint flavor.
  • It left my teeth feeling smooth after brushing.
  • Using it before bed gave me a fresh mouth sensation.
  • It did lighten my teeth by a shade or two, especially with immediate re-brushing.

Cons

  1. The whitening effect was not as dramatic as shown in commercials.
  2. It doesn’t foam up like regular toothpaste.
  3. Can stain clothes if not careful.
  4. The whitening results may vary depending on your daily habits (like coffee drinking).
  5. I found Crest White Strips to be a more effective alternative

Is HiSmile Toothpaste Legit?

No, it is not a scam, however, don’t expect a miracle whitening treatment from it either. When you put the purple paste on your teeth, it kind of gives the illusion of whiter teeth, but as soon as you rinse it off, there’s really no noticeable change. Besides its not FDA approved and when I bought it about two months ago, and honestly, I can’t say it made a big difference in my teeth. If you have really yellow teeth of coffee stains, then this product is not for you. But if you are looking to get freasher breathe you should probably try it out.

Where Can I Buy Hismile

Hismile is available on online retail stores like Walmart, Sephora and Amazon and also on the product’s website and retail stores near you. The price is between $30 to 60.

Conclusion

In conclusion, this toothpaste whitener didn’t really whiten my teeth like I hoped. It looks good when I apply it, but once I rinse it off, my teeth look the same. I’ve been using it for two months, and it hasn’t made a big difference. Brushing again right away makes them a bit lighter, but not super white like in the ads.
