Who Is Eligible For The Grande Cosmetics False Advertising Settlement
The settlement is for consumers who bought GrandeLASH-MD, GrandeBROW or GrandeHAIR from Grande between Jan. 1, 2018, and Dec. 14, 2023.
The customers said Grande did not warn consumers that its GrandeLASH-MD, GrandeBROW and GrandeHAIR has stuff like isopropyl cloprostenate, some sort drug used to treat glaucoma.
How Much Is The Settlement
Grande cosmetics said they will pay $6.25 million settlement to the victims or those who are eligible.
If you’re part of the group, you can get $150 in cash from the settlement, and you don’t even need to show a receipt. If there’s money left after everyone gets their share, those who bought two or more Grande products and can prove it might get an extra $150, making the total payment go up to $300.
