It doesn’t look so, folks. Though the website is designed with a user friendly interface, it doesn’t make it a safe site to shop from. A lot of fraudulent websites make their website look standard in order to convince buyers into thinking they’re legit. This is the case with Gosbuy.
‘ Gosbuy.com ’ otherwise known as Gosbuy is selling items like Black Disposable KF94 Mask, NIOSH Certified Makrite N95 Preformed Cone Mask, N95 Classic Disposable Particulate Cup Respirator Mask, etc. for super cheap prices. Unfortunately, it is not a genuine website. See the drawbacks of this website below –
Drawbacks:
Owned by a Shady Company
Gosbuy is owned by a suspicious company which has a couple of medical mask stores, eg Gopaymask. On the Terms& Conditions page the website ‘BMHshop.com’ is mentioned lots of times. When we did an investigation we discovered bmhshop.com has quite a handful of not too good reviews online.
For example, onlinethreatsalert.com has a 2020 review of Bmshop.com, and the reviews in the post show that the company behind Gosbuy (though it has a couple of issues) has been existing for sometime now. However, the reviews are not so good. Below is what a customer has to say –
Delayed Shipping & Delivery
One of the issues customers have experienced with this store is delayed shipping. It takes a while for orders to leave the warehouse, and when it finally leaves, it takes 8-15 days to arrive.
Poor Customer Support
Aside from the email address ‘[email protected]’, there’s no other means customers can reach the store. No phone number or physical address. Speaking with a customer representative hasn’t been successful for customers.
No Social Media Presence
Though there are social media icons of gosbuy.com, they are all fake. When you click on them, they don’t take you to any Gosbuy Facebook, Instagram or Twitter page. This is something that shouldn’t be overlooked.
Security Measures
gosbuy.com isn’t risk-free, it isn’t secured with McAfee or Norton. The website is vulnerable to hackers who can tamper with customer’s personal and financial data. As a result of this, your credit card isn’t safe on the website.
Conclusion
From all indications, gosbuy.com is not a completely genuine online store. It has a poor trust score, and as such not recommended by us.
Just like IGoodGames, BlackFridayGameLive, Clarkscanada, GreenworksOutlet, and other suspicious sites, customers wouldn’t receive the items they ordered.

Shopping from this store exposes customers to the risk of hacked credit card and overcharged fees. Also, customers would either receive an inferior item, a different cheaper item, or nothing at all.
Therefore, it is advised to file complaints to your bank and request for a new credit (debit) card. On the other hand, if you used Paypal as a method of payment, you should document (screenshot) the transactions for future purposes.

How old is the website? Does it provide return address? Are there customer reviews online? Do the social media icons work?
I agree with the info here. This mask provider is shady. I didn’t see the red flags as they do make a convincing web-site. They also show on their FAQ that they have a “7 day satisfaction guarantee, 30 day worry free refund”. They advertise KN95 masks manufactured by Chengde Technology which I had previously purchased on Amazon. They are good quality. But when the gosbuy KN95 masks arrived (2 weeks from order date), they were made by a different manufacturer and appear to be fake/inferior quality.
I let them know the day after receiving nthat I wanted a refund and will be returning them. NO RESPONSE and as noted here there is only one email address to communicate. Fortunately I used PayPal. I will be communicating with my bank to refund payment and sounding the alarm to other potential unsuspecting customers!
