Definitely a scam. Ordered 2 pairs of sandals, was sent 2 pairs of cheap sandals that weren’t the ones I ordered. Was asked to return at my own cost, refused. Was offered a 20% refund on one pair and a £10 voucher to use on my next purchase, refused, was offered a 50% refund on one pair, refused. Now 50% refund on one pair just proceeded by them. Gone back again saying need a full refund, but not replying to my emails any more. Avoid !

  1. I ordered black boots, size 7(U.K.) wide fit. I received brown boots of an unknown size but smaller than ordered.
I have been offered a 10% “refund” if I keep the goods – which I don’t want and advised that I am responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Surely Trading Standards could and should take action against these rogue traders?
