Buyblaux.com provides numbers for four countries, but when you tried calling the numbers you would be put on Hold for a long time. In fact, they have no customer representative to hear from you. This applies also to the mail address provided. Our countless mails were ignored.

The company behind this product doesn’t have a good history. Its last product ‘OshenWatch’ was used to dupe unsuspecting buyers who never did receive their smart watch. Fake Customer Reviews

During our investigation, we realized the positive reviews online, both that of Youtube and Blogs, are all fake. This is because when you order for the product, the wait time is 30 days. How come the reviewers have gotten theirs when this Ac is not yet up to 30 days online? We realized these reviewers are just affiliate marketers who get paid commission for any sale they make. So they are reviewing the product without even seeing it for starters.

Also, the reviews on buyblaux.com are unverifiable. They shouldn’t prompt you to make an order.

Today, I placed an order for a Qty of 1. After providing my acct info at the end the order, a quantity of 3 was displayed (instead if 1) with a total amount of $213.43 being charged to my acct. My total s/h been $89. I too, have not received any correspondence, not even an email about my order, except for an automated, 2 question “after hours” survey that then hangs up on you, after holding for 30 minutes. As suggested in their recording, I’ve sent 3 separate messages to them thru email @support.buyblaux & still have not received a response.

  1. I ORDERED THE AC PRODUCT ALMOST A MONTH AGO AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM AS OF THIS WRITING COMMUNICATION VIA EMAIL TO THE COMPANY GOT ME NO REPLY THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT AFTER THE ORTDER DATE. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE ITEM

    1. I placed an order today for 3 AC Blau air conditioners and 4 filters. I gave them my information for them to charge my account Later I got a message than my card was declined and they suggested that I give them another credit card. They provided the form to fill out to charge the purchase to another credit card. Instead, i called my credit card company to find out why the charge was declined and learned that the charge for the air conditioners and the filters did, indeed, go through but then there were two (2) more attempts to charge the amount to my credit card. They tried to charge me three (3) times. Two different merchant names were used. I have tired to call them to cancel my order as I do not want to do business with the,m but one number I found is disconnected and for another number I get a voice message that turns me over to an automated agent who asks for a rating and hangs up. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO CANCEL THE ORDER? Please let me know

      1. They are money looters. Better to cancel your card and reissue before thy do any harm to you by using the credit card information.

  2. I ordered 4 units and at the last step of the order process, the website locked up. I had no confirmation of the order and never received an e-mail verifying my order. The next day, the charge was pending and the day after that, the charge was processed. I e-mailed them – no response. I called them and was told a representative would be with me shortly and then I was transferred to the after call survey which ended in “good-bye”. I tried on-line chat 3 times. Each time a box opened with a person’s picture and face – no response to what I typed except something saying if I wanted an e-mail status update on my order, to fill in my e-mail address. Went through that chat process 3 times, still no e-mail. The odd thing is, I KNOW they received the order, because of the charges AND I have been getting texts from someone named “Ed” telling me about promotional items. I responded to that two or three times, no response. When I looked at the phone number on the credit charge listing on my cc card’s website, there are a ton of listing on-line reports of unauthorized charges. When you call the number (as the others have), it says that number is not set up for voicemail. They have done everything possible to dodge being contacted. Of course their website says with the COVID-19 situation, there are all these obstacles and to be patient that the order will be coming, but might be late. I thought, “Late from what date? I have no confirmation even that the order is coming, much less when it is supposed to arrive”. It appears it’s an international company (since the charge listed it as such) and it appears to be located in Hong Kong. So there is my experience with buyblaux.com

  3. I guess I too fell for this. I placed an order for one but was sent an offer for 3 which was attractive. So I paid $213 for 3 units June 15. Haven’t heard anything from them at all. How can we get our money back? There is no customer support.

    1. i purchased one also on the 20th of june they charged card with no response todate so we are in the same boat lessson learned.

  4. I ordered 2 portable units and did not get a confirmation e-mail. I have already paid for these items and it cleared my account.

    I tried emailing them and the message failed.

    1. I’ve emailed them and get very polite responses which essentially don’t tell me anything I want to know – like is the product even built, am I on a waiting list, when can I expect delivery. So I do get responses, but still have no idea if I will actually receive the product. It’s been about a month. They say it can take 30 days for delivery but I haven’t even received a shipping notice.

      1. Well, I did reach someone by phone today. She said they are running 30 – 60 days for delivery. I guess I’ll wait a couple more weeks and see. She also said I can choose to cancel my order if I want to.

        1. I called 18448465344 and waited about 10 minutes for a live person who then came on and canceled my order and sent me a confirmation by way of my email address. I had no problem at all canceling my order.

  5. I too ordered one and wound up with an attractive price so I got three $213 it’s been two weeks no email with no confirmation number look up the reviews from other unsatisfied buyers got on the phone called my credit card company and cancel payment. I guess I was one of the lucky ones!

  7. I JUST purchased 3 units for $313.00 ALREADY deducted from my bank account. Seeing the fine print, at least 30 days to process and deliver. While I was deciding to add extra filters, I got an unusual recorded call asking about unusual activity on my credit card with last 4 numbers. I did not respond not trusting this.Will call my bank Monday. Then I got a cutesy email saying “welcome to the Blaux family”. I so wish I hadn’t ordered.

  8. There is now a Facebook video about a 15-year-old genius orphan who invented the portable ac unit and wants to “give it away to the world”. On this very page is a Blaux ad citing “Top Hong Kong engineers invent the worlds coldest portable AC,” with the buyblaux website referenced. Fifteen-year-old orphan genius? Top Hong Kong engineers? I smell S C A M!

  9. I order one with the additional guarantee charge for maintenance. That was a month ago. No replies to my emails, no tracking number, ziltch. What irks me most is that they had scam ads and reviews that seemed truly legit.

    Lesson learned.

    1. I have a good physics background. This whole “portable AC” defies the laws of physics. It is IMPOSSIBLE! There is no such thing. That’s why no one receives any. Unfortunately there is a sucker born every minute.

      1. Actually, there are similar devices which work, but only cool the air a little bit, and only in dry climates. They work by evaporating the water. The warm air loses some heat as it evaporates the water in the device. But the effect is so small, a device that size could not cool down a room. At best it would work as a desk fan, blowing slightly cooler air directly on your body.

        1. Yes I got taken to but I am in the process of getting my money back. As soon as I disputed the claim I got an email after two months of no thing from them. The email said my product has been shipped two days ago and they gave me a tracking number. I went to the postal system website and they had not seen the item . So I used the email they sent and replied that I was continuing mySo I used the email they sent and replied that I was continuing the dispute to get my money back and I did not believe them and they are to be ashamed of themselves . I know they don’t care but it felt good to say it.

      2. With a good physics background did you ever hear of the Peltier Effect; the underlying principle of Thermoelectric Cooling.

        My only question with this device is – how many watts does this device remove from around your neck through the thermoelectric plate?

  11. I ordered mine on June 24th and I have not received it yet. I’m writing this on July 11th. You really have me concerned now. I thought I’d be okay with it covering the internet completely.

  12. Do not order anything from BuyBlaux.com. I ordered a portable air conditioner from them, paid them about $70 for it, and they sent me a tiny, cheap plug-in air filter (not what I ordered) that looks like something that might sell for about $5 in a dollar store. I tried to contact them via their support email address, and after multiple contact attempts, never heard back from them. I wound up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company, who insisted that I cancel my credit card and replace it with a new one that has a new account number (which means having to change all of my automatic payments charge information–what a pain in the ass!), since apparently this company has a reputation as a scam company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BLAUX, OR ELSE YOU WILL REGRET IT, I PROMISE!

  14. I ORDERED THE BLAUX PORTABLE AC & FILTER ON 18TH JUNE 2020 AFTER MAKING FULL PAYMENT THRU MY CREDIT CARD. UNTIL DATE NO UPDATE ON THE DELIVERY. I CALLED THEIR USA OFFE TWICE ON TEL NO. 001 609 414 7087 WHICH WAS MENTIONED ON THEIR ORDER COFIRMATION. EVERY TIME I CALL THE LADY KEEPS ME TO HOLD FOR 20-30 MINUTES AND INFORMS ME THERE IS SOME ISSUE WITH MY DELIVERY ADDRESS.     1. Have you tried contacting your card issuer (credit card company, bank if it’s a debit card, paypal, etc.)? In my experience that is the fastest and most straight forward way to get your money refunded. Usually you get issued a previsionary credit right away (posts in a day or two depending on the financial institution) and then they conduct an investigation to verify that refunding the payment is legit – which in this case there’s absolutely no doubt of.

      Spare yourself the aggravation and contact the financial institution/service you used for payment directly.
      (For some cards, banks, you can even “dispute a charge” online via your regular online banking – I know Capital One has this option for some accounts; but calling the 800 number on the back of your card, or the paypal customer service number *always* works.)

  15. I ordered 3 units on July 6. It is now July 14. I have received no emails regarding shipping, which was supposed to be completed on the 9th. The customer service number is disconnected and the support website leads you in circles. During this Pandemic, no one, at least I don’t have money to waste. How can we get the authorities or BBB involved in this scam? They ought to be ashamed of taking advantage of people. God sees, may they be brought to justice!

I purcased a Blaux portable AC on June 22 , 2020 .They sent an email that they received my money and would send an email with a tracking number.It was the last time I heard from them .I have sent over a dozen emails with no answer. These people are with Strong Current enterprises limited in Hong Kong .I have heard many negative reviews from companies from there.It seems that this is a hot bed for scammers.Pierre Tremblay from Montreal Canada.

  20. I placed an order 10 weeks ago, after 9 weeks, they could not tell me when my order would ship or where it was shipping from. I cancelled the order. No refund, no response to any of my inquiries…no surprise. I got scammed

  21. Ordered on 7-16, when I realized how long it would take to receive the product, I emailed Blaux and requested a refund. All on the same day. I have e mailed them over 30 times and not til I notified the Better Business Bureau did they email me back. They offered me 20% off and I emailed them back and asked for a refund. Im out $181.92 and I dont know what else to do. I am having a hard time believing Ill ever give this money back.

  22. IT IS A SCAM. I ORDERED 3 AC ONE MONTH AND A HALF AGO. NO Tracking # received as they promised. I TRIED TO CONTACT VIA email, NO ANSWER, TROUGH PHONE -I RECEIVED LIKE OTER GUYS -SURVEY- AND AFTER SUTVEY -THE PHONE WAS CLOSED. 3TIMES IT WAS HAPPENED.

  23. Absolutely awful…avoid at all costs!!!
    I ordered a couple units months ago and didn’t hear anything from them, they charged my card with no problem though. I had to chase them down with multiple emails and finally someone got back to me to say that the order never went through and my money would be refunded. Still no refund and no product…absolutely awful and good luck trying to get someone to answer your emails. I just hope I’m not out a couple hundred dollars! DON’T DO IT!!!!! I would have given negative stars if I could have.

  24. Very similar to that experience placing an order for 1 becomes 3 or 213,43. They refunded me 122. But I guess I lost the 89. This is a scam. No reply at all even on chat.

  27. I ordered 2 July 23rd and barely any response. I am feeling very skeptical about this product and starting to believe it to be a scam. I have received very little response and the last one was off to me. “Your order is already packed and its on the way to you, once we receive the tracking number will send you confirmation with all tracking details” several misspelled words in email. Has anyone received the product from them?

  29. I ordered two units on 7-16, When I realized how long it would take to get it, I then cancelled, on same day. As of today 9-18 I have received a refund for the filter and warranty but not for the two units. $148.93. I even supplied them with copies of my bank statement showing I never got a refund for !148.93. I have gotten emails from, Cedric, Eric, Leslie, Amy, Jim, JP, Hani, Vanji and Moe, all telling me a refund would be coming. Do not buy from this company,
