  1. That is not true about Amazon. My daughter ordered a $500.00 dollar chair from them and it was not what it appeared to be, when she tried to return it via Amazon, they would nor help her. She went directly to the 3rd party and they also refused to help her so she is stuck with a chaircthatbis no use to her.

  2. BloomChic lies about their returns. I ordered two dresses at a total of $60 to see which would fit better. Neither fit. Both were too big. They made me email them to start the return process where they made me tell them why I was returning. I told them. They told me to keep the items and they’d give back $16.

    $16 out of the $60 I spent while keeping items I couldn’t even wear!! Their other offer was for me to keep one and send one back. So I’d get $30 of my $60 and still be stuck with an item I can’t wear.

    Why offer free returns when they’re not even going to do it?

    1. I ordered three dresses from this company and only received one. I’ve been emailing them constantly and being ignored. It’s a fraud. The dress I received is decent but I paid for three. Buyer beware.

  3. Still waiting an answer from Bloomchic after received 3 HORRIBLE dresses. Too big, with poor quality of material. Big waste of money! SCAM

  4. I ordered four dresses as well as two tops. I need to return three dresses due to sizing issues. As instructed on their website, I have emailed their customer support FOUR TIMES, over a period of two weeks, to initiate the return. They have not responded! There is no listed telephone number to call. DO NOT order from this company! Buyer beware!

  5. Do not buy from this company. It took 6 weeks to receive most terribl quality clothes. Really, even the stitches were crooked. They make it absolutely impossible to return it. No customer service phone number and rhey don’t answer their emails. Money gone down the drain

  6. I, too, have has issues with returning items. I was offered 50% back and a 10% coupon. This did not appease me. They claim “Hassle Free” returns which is false advertising. Hmmm, maybe I’ll sue them for false advertising. I have liked the majority of what I’ve bought but I find that the fabrics differ from one color to another in the same item. I loved my pink top so I ordered it in another color and it was a fabric I did t care for.
    I did place another order and I have three items I want to exchange for something else. I’ve reached out to customer support to no avail. They can send me 15 emails a day with new offers but not respond to one.

  7. I’m currently trying to return 2 out of 3 item’s ordered.
    Rather than hassle free returns as you get with SHEIN for example, you need to email customer support at Bloom Chic to allegedly start the process.
    Having informed them I wish to return, they then questioned my reasoning (items to big).
    They then followed up with an offer to solve my issue which was to refund the cost of one of the dresses if I would keep them all?????
    So they want me to pay to keep 2 dresses that don’t fit…….
    I responded to this offer in the negative, I had already complained about the time taken for my order to arrive (a full month) while I was waiting for it to come.
    As of today they have not got back to me so we will have to see what happens!!!
    Very strange way to run a company in my opinion.

  8. We had a great experience with Bloomchic. Followed the size charts for every product description and found out that everything fit as expected. With the low price tag, it seemed too good to be true. The material is also better than anticipated. Will buy from them again!

  9. Ordered from them 3 months ago and still have not received anything. As of yesterday they can not find the order that was placed. How can you not find an order that was paid for with a credit card or by the invoice number?
