complete rip off I purchased two leggings for my girl over 100 dollars and I never received them its been a month and a half and there’s no way to contact them.
Even if you could reach them at their email- all they say is their response below on repeat. It’s complete garbage.
I finally received my leggings after about two months. I had ordered a XL,what I received was probably a XL in childrens. On their faq page they claim to make any and all complaints correct. Well, I can’t contact them for a replacement. So I guess I’m out the price of the leggings and the shipping.

Up you support people, mine I ordered were way too small, like for a child and you know it, you suck and are dishonest people, KARMA is a bitch people,
DO NOY BUY from these people, very dishonest people. I ordered the leggings, came from China, took a month to get them and they were kids size, would not fit my wife at all, then they told me I could not exchange or return, cannot get anyone on phone, have to email and they rarely answer- DO NOT trust them at all!
Garbage, received 2 pairs of leggings took over a month to receive them, now when i am trying to get a refund they will not give me one even though I have provided them with pictures and have now had to threaten calling my bank and making a fraud claim. I ordered 2 pairs of the exact same leggings, what I received where not the same cut, color, sizing, seems, placement of logo, material used and seems internal fleece were all different on the 2 pairs of pants. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Absolutely do not order from this company. I ordered cashmere leggings as a Christmas gift. One in black and one in grey. Approximately 1 month later I received a pair of black and 1 pair of grey leggings. The problem is there is not a hint of cashmere anywhere on them. They are so cheap they are practically see through.
I have been emailing and sending pictures of what I received compared to what I ordered. The response was we are sorry you were dissatisfied with our product. We will try and do better in the future.
Don’t buy. I ordered leggings from these people, in the size my wife normally wears. They took forever to arrive, then when she opened them, they were WAY too small. Like they were for children, not adults. I contacted their customer support, but was told they wouldn’t exchange them or refund him because it was my fault for ordering the wrong size. Well, if they had been honest about the sizes, I wouldn’t have this problem. They are unreasonable and dishonest. Don’t buy anything from these people.
Total scam site. Ordered the cashmere leggings, and received a garbage quality pair of leggings. Their customer service just delays and puts up barriers, asking me to return the piece of garbage they sent me. Avoid at all cost. Same thing, ordered 3X size cashmere and received tiny non-cashmere, called and they offered me a $3 refund, I returned them to the company at my expense and asked that they send me what I ordered, nope. I ordered them through a company called Keep Video that used the [email protected] email address also, like as described by others here.
