Things You Should Know Before Shopping From Reveilove

Fake Business Address:

The address “1109 E San Augustine St,Deer Park,TX 77536,US. Google map shows it is a single family home and not a business or office space. Even when we contacted the residents we were told there’s no such business within or around the premises. Hence, we can’t actually vouch for the store’s location. It could be located in the mountains or China for all we know.

Poor Customer Support:

The store’s email address which is ‘[email protected]’ does not really serve its purpose. Mails sent to it were not responded to. As a result of this, customers have absolutely no means of contacting the store after making a purchase.

Not Properly Secured:

Reveilove.com isn’t risk-free, it isn’t secured with McAfee or Norton. The website is vulnerable to hackers who can tamper with customer’s personal and financial data. As a result of this, your credit card isn’t safe on the website. Meanwhile, one can’t vouch for the store’s authenticity as it was only registered on April 2022.

  1. I ordered a belt sander with PayPal. No replies when I asked for a status update 3 weeks after I placed my order. I assumed it was being drop shipped from China. Filed a complaint with PayPal, and PayPal refunded me. Two days later I get an email from the seller with a BS email address saying they would send me a tracking number in 3-5 days, which I never received. Not sure if it’s bc I was already refunded, or because there was never any intention of trying to fill the order.

  2. I got scammed with Balance of Nature fruit and vegetable supplements. Filed a dispute with my credit card. They sent me a letter (dispute denied) that the merchandise was delivered. Not to me! Talked to the postmaster of my local USPS office. He said scams in my zip code are happening. The tracking number provided was never intended for my address or in my name. I filed a fraud complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service today. We will see where this goes. Also, reinstated my dispute.

  3. Bought a expensive item back in July for my husband. Till this day I never received the item. Now that I’m reading this. I know I’ve been scammed of $73.

  4. i ordered Nexen Winguard Winspike Studable Winter Snow Tire – 225/60R16 102T tire for my car since it was about half price. never got it and when i open a dispute they send a fake tracking # to the credit card show that the tire was delivered. the tracking corresponds to first class mail that a car tire can’t be mailed that way.
now i have a battle with the credit card charge. https://www.reveilove.com/nexen-winguard-winspike-studable-winter-snow-tire-225-60r16-102t
    DON’T BUY FROM THEM

  5. When will the government stop this kind of business from taking our money and getting away with it.never will I ever again buy from them or any other company that is not know to me they all scams to me for now on

  6. I was scammed out of $69.95 for a blow dryer I never received. I have my receipts and bank statements to prove they took the payment from my account. All there contact information is false the FBI needs to know this, they have scammed thousands of people knowing the economy is in bad shape and people are experiencing financial hardships. My two kids needed this specific dryer and this site had an affordable price so I jumped on it and got robbed and never got my order. I need help getting this company in trouble for scamming innocent hard working people.

  7. They got me for 78 dollars… apparently the scammers can’t be caught and there’s nothing they can do about it! This is what my card holder told me and to file a Better Business Bureau claim! Please don’t fall for their scams like I did!

  8. The address is my sisters address. It is a scam website do not order anything from them. If you send them money, you will never get what you thought you ordered. Report the website to the FTC as a scam website so they take it down. They stole my sisters information and they are using it to steal from you. There is no real business address or phone number, thus no way to contact anyone except for another victim.
