    1. I purchased a product too in July. I never received it. In fact, the funds were taken out by another company called Cluster LLC located in Colorado. I am in a battle with my bank to refund the monies but they told me that they cannot get my money returned because Cluster LLC’s bank denied the request. I am not done yet.
      Anyone who may read this may contact me if more info is needed for your issue and visa versa.
