Cevaf Clothing Website

What is Cevaf?

Cevaf is an online clothing store which is accessible via its website ‘Cevaf.com’. It sells women’s clothing like sweaters, dresses, blouses, two piece sets, suits, etc. for affordable prices.

Features of this website:

  • Free Shipping for orders over $108.77 CAD
  • extra 10% off when you enter your email address

Where Is Cevaf Warehouse Located?

Cevaf is physically located in China. The contact address ‘145-157 St. John street, London, England’ is a virtual address. Its company ‘XBP International Ltd’ is actually a Chinese company. Therefore the clothes are manufactured in China and not in London.

Cevaf Customer Support

Customers can only contact the store using its email address ‘[email protected]’. There’s no live support or telephone number with which to reach the store.

Return Policy

Cevaf offers a 30 days return policy. However, customers shouldn’t expect a 100% return and exchange. Most clothing stores based in China offer 5% – 10% and tell customers to keep the item. This could likely be the case with this clothing store.

Shipping & Delivery Time

According to the information on the store, the shipping & delivery time differs for all countries. For some countries it take 3 -6 business days, while for others it might take 7 – 30 business days. This however might not be true. From experience, shipping & delivery of items from China often take approximately 3 – 10 weeks.

I ordered 3 sweaters and wanted to return 2 of them. I spent almost $90 on the 2 sweaters but I was offered a $12 refund. The sweaters did not look like they did on the website. Certainly, would not recommend buying from them

Is Cevaf a Scam Clothing Store?

Cevaf is not a scam perse, however its company ‘XBP International Ltd’ has a bad reputation. It is linked to multiple problematic sites which have been blacklisted online.

Secondly, the clothes on the website are not original. The designs have been stolen from Etsy and other fashion stores. This is why the faces of the models have been cropped out. Cevaf copies designs from reputable fashion stores then produce imitation which are often of inferior quality.

Thirdly, the company has a non-existent return policy, it doesn’t grant refunds of any kind. Unsatisfied customers are offered partial fee and told to keep the item.

Conclusion

Cevaf is a not too good women’s clothing store. Customers should tread carefully as they’ll receive cheap remakes of whatever clothes available on Cevaf.com.

Have you been scammed?- Do This

Shopping from this store exposes customers to the risk of hacked credit card and overcharged fees. Also, customers would either receive an inferior item, a different cheaper item, or nothing at all.

Therefore, it is advised to file complaints to your bank and request for a new credit (debit) card. On the other hand, if you used Paypal as a method of payment, you should document (screenshot) the transactions for future purposes.
